Lean Business Improvement Simulation

at the virtual “Robo-Flow-Company”. You will ”LIVE” simulate the Lean Transformation from a typical current state to a Lean future state. Taking out waste will become visible in the areas of speed, productivity, quality and profit. Group dynamics will become more agile and improve the work culture. The simulation will be guided by S Plus Coaches. It will be a combination of theory and practical work with the group.

Leaders learning from Leaders:

2 Lean Leaders will talk about their Lean Transformation experience. They will share their lessons learned with its “Do’s” and “Don’ts”. Get ideas from the impressive results of their Lean Transformations.

Dinner

Use the time during dinner to discuss your ideas with the participants, the speakers and the coaches. In a pleasant, non-formal atmosphere you can learn from others and enrich the evening with your own know-how.

“Go & See / Walk The Talk”

Discover the secrets of a mature Lean organization including transactional and operational functions. The hosting company will show you their current state after 10+ years of Lean Transformation with S Plus Consult. You will learn about their journey, the techniques used, their cultural changes and the double-digit performance improvements achieved. Use the chance to talk to people onsite – management level as well as floor-shop level.

Jeroen has a rich experience ranging from process engineering to plant manager to being a COO. During his 15+ years career he grew his know-how on Lean capabilities. In his current position as COO at Pinlock he drives the company by Lean principles. Jeroen will share his know-how and experiences about how working with Lean helped Pinlock building their successful production location, how Lean leadership with „everyone, every day“ and the continuous improvement approach by really taking out the benefits from the „lessons learned“ turns and changes a work culture.

Hero de Jager

Hero is a seasoned international program-, project- and line-manager with a passion for change. He successfully co-developed and implemented the LEAN-transformation program for, at that time, DSM Resins with a focus on production (13 sites). He also led journeys in R&D, Logistics and Regulatory Affairs. During his time as site manager at the Schoonebeek production site he transformed the site to a Value Stream organization. Hero understands
the 100% management support, ambitious transformation goals, an all-level involvement and an experimenting attitude as key success factors of any transformation. And of course, any transformation continues to develop – every day…

André Schröder founded S Plus Consult in January 2011. With his vision in mind about being a principle driven and people based “learn” partner he started with compiling a very rare composition of CI teachers whilst delivering value to S Plus clients. Next to his extensive leadership experiences André is building on strong proven track records in the area of CI* system design and system creation, leading 1st and 2nd generation Enterprise wide Lean Transformations and Six Sigma Program deployments. In manufacturing, operations, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, management and product development he has guided, coached and led organizations at all levels to develop and form their sustainable improvement culture. Since 2011 S Plus has served 35 lean transformations in 3 regions, 13 different countries and in 8 different languages.
